Four people were trapped in the wreckage, but were removed and sent to hospitals in the region; eight vehicles were hit in total
One runaway truck collided with several vehicles in ChapecóSanta Catarina, this Friday (30). At least ten people were injured. The Santa Catarina Fire Department was called at around 3:20 pm. The accident was recorded by security cameras.
O aThe incident took place in the Bela Vista neighborhood on Avenida Fernando Machado. A truck loaded with plywood collided with seven cars and another truck.
The load was completely spread across the Avenue. At least 20 firefighters were deployed to the scene, in addition to SAMU crews. A security camera recorded the moment of the accident.
