A second woman claims to have been sent by Epstein to have sexual relations with former Prince Andrew

The disclosure of documents about the prostitution and trafficking network of the American billionaire Jeffrey Epstein is increasingly cornering the brother of Charles III, Andrew of England. The latest images of Andrés published by the US Government, added to the new accusations of one second victim who claims to have had sexual relations with him at his residence in London, have taken the prime minister, Keir Starmer, has required him to testify in the United States congressional committee who investigates the case.

The words of Starmer they represent a change in tone maintained until now and add more pressure on Andréswho was stripped of his titles late last year. In a statement from Japan, where he is on an official trip as part of his tour of Asia, Starmer assured that the victims have to be the “top priority” and has urged the king’s brother to give explanations in the USA. “When it comes to testifying, I have always said that anyone who has information you must be willing to share it in any way requested. “You cannot focus attention on the victims if you are not willing to do this,” he said.

Until now Starmer had opted for prudence when publicly assessing Andrés’ involvement and had left the decision to testify in the hands of the former prince. But the publication this weekend of about 3 million new documents related to the case, including photographs in which Charles III’s brother appears kneeling over a dressed woman lying on the floor, have caused the change of mind of the prime minister. The documents also indicate that Andrés had contact with a 26 year old Russian girl that Epstein presented to him in 2010, when the billionaire had already been convicted of inciting a minor to have sex.

Second victim

The disclosure of these documents coincides with new accusations of a second victim against Andrés. “We’re talking about at least one woman being sent by Jeffrey Epstein to Prince Andrew. And she even had, after a night with prince andrewa guided tour of Buckingham Palace,” the victim’s lawyer, Brad Edwards, told the BBC. The identity of the victim has not been revealed and it is not clear if she is the Russian girl referred to in the documents, although the British public broadcaster maintains that she had about 20 years when the events occurred and she is not britishsomething that would match the description.

This is the second woman to accuse the king’s brother of having sexual relations with her. The first was Virginia Giuffreone of the alleged victims of Epstein’s prostitution network, who claimed to have had sex with the then prince on up to three occasions, one of them being under-age. Giuffre reached an out-of-court settlement with Andrés in 2022 in exchange for an amount that was not publicly disclosed but was estimated to reach 14 million euros. Three years later, in April 2025, took his life.

Revoked titles

Andrés He has always denied all the accusations made against him, but his proven links with Epstein have made him ostracized in the British royal family. Carlos III He announced at the end of October that he would strip his brother of all his titles, including that of prince, in an attempt to distance the crown from the scandal as much as possible. Andrés was also evicted from his mansion at Windsor, the Royal Lodgeafter resisting for months. Shortly afterwards, it emerged that he had not paid rent for the accommodation for years, something that further increased public outrage.

In a statement issued in October, the Palacio de Buckingham pointed out that “thoughts” and “solidarity” of the monarch will always be with “the victims and with the survivors of any form of abuse”. But, for lawyer Edwards, these statements are a dead letter. “The idea that the royal family cares about the victims and wants to do the right thing – simply stripping Prince Andrew of his titles and nothing more – has had the opposite effect to what they claim to intend,” he said. Andrés’s past is becoming an increasingly heavy burden for the crown.
