Edilson Capetinha had a difficult morning on BBB 26, right after Sincerão on Monday (2). The accumulation of conflicts and psychological exhaustion made the former player think about leaving the reality show this Tuesday (3).
Shaken, he packed his bags and, since then, has just been waiting for the moment when the withdrawal button turns green to leave the program. During the early hours of the morning, Edilson informed his allies about his intention and organized his belongings.

Why might Edilson Capetinha give up on BBB 26?
The first clearest signs emerged in conversations with Solange Couto and Alberto Cowboy. In these dialogues, the former athlete recognized that the psychological impact of confinement was greater than he initially imagined.
— I’ve never been one to run away from fights, but here the hole is lower. The head starts to play tricks on us. Yesterday, I looked at that button and a movie played in my head. It makes me want to squeeze and go away to my corner, close to mine — he said.
Afterwards, Edilson detailed the weight of daily pressure within the game. “We try to be diplomatic, we try to lead with the dribble, but there are times when fatigue hits hard. I don’t think it’s a lack of courage, but the psychological aspect asks for help”, he added.

Farewell atmosphere on Tuesday morning
Around 7:40 am, the subject came up again in a conversation in the xepa’s kitchen with Babu Santana and Juliano Floss. The story moved both of them, who said they would respect their friend’s decision if he chose to leave the program.
— I can’t take it. I have a story, a damn beautiful life. I can’t stand this situation of you staying here messing with others. A game I’ve never played. I don’t know if I can handle spending 80 days in a game like this, going through these difficulties. This game is really cool, but it’s a little different from what I want in my life. He runs away on purpose,” he said.
During the conversation, Juliano replied: “If I hadn’t understood your heart, what you need, I would bother you and I wouldn’t let you [desistir]. But you said something I hadn’t noticed. If you stay, obviously we’re going to be f***ing happy, but thinking about the fact that this is going to get worse…”, he said.
Then, Edilson went to the room and organized part of the luggage, asking for help from his friends to finish without waking his colleagues.
The atmosphere became even more intense after Sincerão, when he called Leandro “illiterate”. For the public, Edilson is someone who just observes and does not get involved in the game.
