Senator Flávio Bolsonaro appears in 2nd place in the Meio/Ideia survey, with 34%
Meio/Ideia survey released this Wednesday (4.Feb.2026) shows that the president (PT) leads the rejection rate in the dispute for Planalto among the names tested. According to the survey, 44% of voters said they would not vote for the PT member “no way” if the elections scheduled for October 2026 were held today.
The percentage represents an increase of 3.2 pp (percentage points) in relation to , when 40.8% gave the same answer to the question.
The survey was carried out by Meio/Ideia from January 30 to February 2, 2026. 1,500 people aged 16 or over were interviewed. The confidence interval is 95%. The margin of error is 2.5 pp, plus or minus. The survey is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under number BR-08425/2026-BRASIL. According to the company, the study cost R$27,600 and was paid for by Canal Meio.
The 2nd name with the most rejection is that of the senator (PL-RJ), with 34%. The index is 10 pp lower than Lula’s. The congressman went to his father, the former president (PL), to represent him in the 2026 dispute.
(PT) and Michelle Bolsonaro have similar percentages. The Finance Minister is rejected by 30% of voters, while the former first lady has a rate of 29.4%.
The governor of São Paulo, (Republicans), who ruled out the possibility of launching a candidacy for Planalto and Flávio Bolsonaro, has a 15% rejection.
The 3 governors cited as by the PSD — (GO), (RS) and (PR) — appear close to Tarcísio, with 14%, 13% and 11.1%, respectively. (Novo-MG) also appears at a similar level, with 13.3%.
