London – Without the injured Kevin Danso, Tottenham have suffered their next setback in the Premier League. The Spurs lost 2-1 in the home game against Newcastle on Tuesday and are still dangerously close to the relegation zone in 16th place. Archie Gray (64th) equalized for Tottenham after just over an hour, but less than five minutes later Jacob Ramsey (68th) scored again for the guests. Malick Thiaw had given Newcastle the lead in first-half stoppage time.
