Sena Commercial Association is recognized as a Public Utility entity

It became officially recognized as a Public Utility entity in the municipality. Recognition was granted through Law No. 945/2025, approved by the City Council and duly sanctioned by the Executive Branch.

ACES is a non-profit civil entity that works to represent and strengthen the commerce, industry, services and agriculture sectors of Sena Madureira. With the new legal status, the institution expands its possibilities for institutional action, being able to sign agreements, partnerships and seek resources from public and private bodies.

The title of Public Utility recognizes the social and economic relevance of the association, which aims to bring together businesspeople and contribute to the socioeconomic development of the municipality. The initiative reinforces the importance of the productive sector as a fundamental part of generating jobs, income and strengthening the local economy.

ACES’ headquarters are located at Rua Maranhão, nº 75, room 05-A, in the Center of Sena Madureira, where the entity develops its activities and coordinates actions in defense of the business class.

With formal recognition, the Commercial Association consolidates its role as a legitimate representative of the productive sector and a strategic partner in the growth and organization of the business environment in the municipality.
