Koščová is facing the attacks of foreign women, she couldn’t let it go like this: The singer raises a warning finger!

Singer Katka Koščová underwent an amazing transformation that still blows people’s minds. In the last week alone, it happened to her several times that unknown women came up to her and asked how she lost weight. “It’s very interesting because it’s strangers who stop me and want my advice. It shows me how we are set up around this topic. We feel that there is some universal, quick advice that we will understand in that second. And it’s not that simple,” she said at the beginning of the video she posted on Instagram.

“It’s really not a topic for small talk that you stop someone on the street and ask, or when I’m paying at the cash register… For one thing, I’m really not an expert in this topic at all, and I emphasize all the time that you should really just turn to the experts. That’s the only universal thing I can advise you, anyone on this matter.” stressed the first winner of the competition Slovakia is looking for a Superstar.

If he starts talking to someone and starts explaining the caloric deficit, he sees how people get lost in it. It doesn’t surprise her, since she herself was like that in the past. According to her, everyone should learn how their own body works and what it needs.

“On the other hand, it shows me how we’re used to immediacy. Someone advises us some miracle for weight loss – a drink, pills, whatever, and we feel that it must be so. Or diets. All diets basically only work because you are in a caloric deficit. You give out more than you take in,” she described a simple and well-known equation.

She added in one breath that diets often work within restrictions, which is not sustainable for almost anyone. “Once you go back to the way you lived before you started dieting, it all comes back,” she established a fact that is talked about all the time.

Koščová went more in depth and pointed out one fundamental thing. “We want those miracles to wait. Because many times we live in pain or in some kind of frustration. So I kind of understand the impatience and that people would want something that is truly miraculous. But it just doesn’t work that way,” thought the artist.

She then returned to the subject of weight loss and explained that calorie tables worked for her, but even they cannot be blindly recommended to everyone. They also had a negative effect on her. “I admit that I became somewhat obsessive at one point. Now I have it set up in such a way that since we are on the road for half of the year, I can indulge in almost anything I feel like there. But at the same time, I try to somehow balance it,” she added.

According to her, there are many people who used the calorie charts incorrectly and became so obsessed that it worsened their eating disorders. “When I see somewhere that an adult should consume 1200 calories, it is not right at all. Especially in the long run. You will lose weight very quickly and at the same time you will hurt yourself very quickly.” warns Koščová.
