The Court of Justice ordered, in a decision published this Wednesday (11), to pay compensation for moral damages of R$ 10 thousand to the general delegate of , Artur Dian.
According to the decision, Prado, responsible for Paulinho’s blog, made insinuations that Dian had links to organized crime and a betting house event.

According to judge João Francisco Moreira Viegas, the journalist constructed such narratives without documentary support and found inaccuracies in the reports, such as confusing addresses of companies located in different neighborhoods.
When contacted by the column, Prado did not comment until the publication of this text.
