The Progressive Union Federation, which unites oeo, published this Friday (13) a note in which it defends the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court), who left the report on the Master case after the PF (Federal Police) presented it to the court.
Signed by the national presidents of the parties, , of the PP, and Antonio Rueda, of União Brasil, the note says that the parties reiterate their confidence in Toffoli’s integrity.
According to the parties, only one side of the story has been repeated “numerous times without a solid basis”, and narratives are being created to “turn public opinion against the minister”.
“To attack Minister Toffoli is to weaken not only a servant of the Nation or a Power of the Republic, but rather to attack the pillars of our own democratic system”, states the text.

They say, however, that the president of the court, Edson Fachin, accepted the minister’s request to leave the case. The rapporteur will be occupied by André Mendonça, appointed by former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
