Special Group schools parade on the 15th, 16th, 17th

The samba school parades in Rio de Janeiro start this Sunday (15). Last year’s champion, Beija-Flor, parades on Monday (16), without Neguinho at the microphone for the first time in 50 years.

The first school to take over the Sapucaí Sambadrome is Acadêmicos de Niterói, at 10pm. Portela and Mangueira also parade on Sunday. Special Group schools parade on the 15th, 16th, 17th.

The parades will be broadcast on TV Globo.
