
Gigantes magazine celebrated the 38th edition of its Awards this Monday with a list of big names in the basket among the winners. Rudy Fernández, Sasha Djordevic, Alex Mumbrú, Facundo Campazzo, Silvia Domínguez, Mario Hezonja and Anna Cruz have been some of those recognized by the historic basketball publication.
Gigantes has also paid tribute to the absolute men’s team that was world champion in Saitama in 2006, with the presence on stage of the then coach Pepu Hernández along with some of his players at that event: Mumbrú, Cabezas, Berni Rodríguez, Felipe Reyes, Sergio Rodríguez, Garbajosa and Rudy.
The role of Valencia Basket as one of the great clubs of the moment and the fans of Unicaja Málaga have also been recognized.
