Teams from the Faculty of Science and Technology (FCT) of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with whom the city hall has a protocol, were called in to monitor the cliffs, he added, explaining that since 2023, the municipality has worked with the FCT to evaluate these sites.
These teams, he continued, will monitor the riverside slope and the entire fossil cliff over the next two years.
