In all, 46 people were rescued and sent to hospitals in the region.
The 41-year-old driver of the vehicle was indicted for homicide with possible intent and bodily harm. He remains hospitalized under police escort.
In a note, the Military Police Fire Department reported that it mobilized two rescue vehicles and an Auto Pump truck. The corporation was responsible for caring for victims, transporting the injured to health units and preventing risks on site.
