3,2,1…Go Foodies!
The spring edition of RestaurantWeek® is a real Festival of choices: which restaurant should you visit first? Which menu should you book when they all look so delicious? Fortunately, Foodies don’t keep their discoveries to themselves – if something delights them, they share it immediately. Here are the restaurants that must be on your festival wish list. Be like Foodies – Go Foodies!
The first stop on the Foodies culinary map is Kurra in Białystok at ul. Nowy Świat 2 – a place where Asian street food meets local flavors. During the Festival, you can try cherry wood-finished beef rib with velvety potato puree with truffle or Queen Bona’s Curry, i.e. aromatic vegetables with barley and spices that take you back to historical times. Sound intriguing? First, the flavors banter, and then… they create a characterful duo, like a good old married couple.
From Podlasie, the culinary trail leads to Bydgoszcz, where in the FEERIA restaurant (ul. Fregaty 25) it is worth trying carrot cream with ginger and whipped cream with a hint of cinnamon and orange or fettuccine pasta with nduja, mascarpone and basil. These unique combinations make each bite a small journey through Chef’s original, seasonal inspirations.
Lovers of excellent beef should head to Kraków. Mucca Steakhouse (ul. Święta Jana 3) combines passion for the highest quality meat and local flavors, serving selected steaks from the best farms and creating unique compositions with them in the main role. The festival menu tempts, among others: beef tenderloin prepared sous-vide, served with caramelized cauliflower, aromatic demi-glace sauce with a hint of coffee and pickles that perfectly complement the taste of the meat.
And if you want to discover new places, be sure to add Lublin’s BASMA – MEZZE & GRILL at Krakowskie Przedmieście 3 to your wish list. Foodies love the colorful mezze there: hummus, labneh, mini falafel and crispy pita, served with plant-based cauliflower steak. The whole is complemented by pomegranate molasses, tahini and rose petals, which emphasize the Middle Eastern character of the dishes and build their multidimensional taste.
In Łódź, the choice falls on the Ramki Restaurant at ul. Piotrkowska 144. To say that the owners go beyond the limits is to say nothing. Vichyssoise with confit leek, pear and gorgonzola, served with poached egg, nduja olive oil and shallot crisps, or grapeshot stuffed with venison with cranberry emulsion, aromatic demi-glace sauce and pancetta crisp prove that sometimes it is worth combining classics with culinary fantasy. The restaurant was awarded in the autumn RestaurantWeek® 2025 Guest Plebiscite for the best appetizer in Poland, so you must try its menu!
The ZEST restaurant in Rzeszów (Rynek 19) is a real mix of classics and world influences! Here, the passion for tapas and cocktails meets cuisine inspired by various parts of the world – from America to Asia. Be sure to try the marinated tuna with capers and cherry tomatoes or the saffron risotto with sea bass, lemon mayonnaise and carrot chips. The compositions are fresh, refined and full of character – perfect for a spring lunch!
Time for a gem from Poznań! Dear Guest, here is Dram Cocktail Bar & Restaurant at Stary Rynek 92 – a place where cuisine combines with bartending passion, and expressive flavors intertwine with a unique atmosphere. The restaurant won the title of “Best atmosphere in Poland” during the autumn RestaurantWeek® Guest Plebiscite, which only confirms that it is worth visiting! The festival plate includes: cashew foie gras with pear and horseradish mousse and ravioli with potato, ricotta and leek, served with café de Paris sauce, parmesan and black olive soil. See for yourself how extraordinary these combinations can be!
In turn, in the northern tip of Poland, in Szczecin, Foodies recommends visiting Centralé (ul. Panieńska 20), where exotic and creative flavors are in season all year round. In the menu you will find, among others: chicory with cheese mousse, frog legs with mashed potatoes and teriyaki sauce, and Venus mussels in cider with polenta. The names alone make my mouth water!
Let’s not forget about Silesia! In the heart of the coal region, MOODRO RESTO in Katowice (ul. Tadeusza Dobrowolskiego 1) is memorable. Chef Paulina Gujalska is based on old recipes, which take on a new shine in his preparation, and each dish is prepared from scratch with fresh, carefully selected ingredients. Foodies were delighted with, among others, potato pancake with marinated beef and crème fraîche with a hint of rose, and duck fillet served with roasted and pickled beets and a waffle with celery and pear mousse. This menu is cool!
The next stop is Tricity, and more specifically Sopot. It is worth adding the local MOSHI MOSHI SUSHI (Monte Cassino 63/1) to your festival wish list, serving, among others: fried takoyaki and California Sake Tempura Mango. This is the perfect place for those who want to feel the holiday relaxation on the Baltic Sea and at the same time enjoy the best sushi in the city!
Meanwhile, in Warmia and Masuria, rustic style reigns supreme! At Między Deski in Tomaszków (ul. Wodnika 3), it is worth trying beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese and slow-cooked eel served with cucumber sorbet. The restaurant is located by the lake – the calm surface of the water and the surrounding greenery create the perfect setting for culinary experiences and moments spent at the table. Carefully designed buildings and refined interior style complement the unique atmosphere of this place.
Floor No. attracts gourmets in the capital. 2 at the Presidential Hotel (Aleje Jerozolimskie 65/79). The restaurant serves original European cuisine with Polish accents, based on seasonal, local ingredients. In the menu you will find, among others: fish soup with octopus and mussels, Black Tiger shrimps with saffron risotto and zucchini, pulled pork in brioche with pickled cabbage and chipotle, and stewed beef with truffle puree, vegetables and rosemary sauce. What’s more – the restaurant broke the bank during the autumn RestaurantWeek® 2025 Guest Poll, winning, among others: 3rd place in Poland and the title of the Most Popular Restaurant in Poland. These awards only confirm that you need to visit this place! Sit back and enjoy the signature menu with a view of the Palace of Culture and Science.
In Wrocław, Foodies recommends visiting Peruwiana (ul. Pawła Włodkowica 9), where you can find fried croquettes stuffed with smoked cottage cheese in huancaína sauce and Peruvian beef goulash with coriander, beer and ají amarillo. These are dishes that show that patience in the kitchen really pays off, and exotic flavors fit perfectly into the urban rhythm of the capital of Lower Silesia!
