Preamble
Considering the outrageous social demands;
Considering the misunderstanding about the value of what we do and earn;
Considering the need to educate society about respect for authority and the arduous task of constitutional jurisdiction;
This collegiate proclaims the Declaration of Rights of the Supremocratic Centrão.
Title I – Moral and institutional rights
1st Right not to be a saint, as impostures and incomposition make up the jurisdictional routine; right to be partial and to have a partial opinion; right to burn down the legitimacy of the court for one’s own benefit; right to give the best reasons to enemies of the court for disobedience; right to leave a case report; right not to be investigated, except when authorizing investigation.
2nd Right to intellectual and argumentative laziness; right to the logical cudgel; right to empirical argument without empirical evidence and to normative argument without analytical coherence; right to invent jurisprudence; right to laugh at one’s own joke; right to collegiate solidarity of laughter.
3rd Right to exemption from control and accountability; right to feel tired due to so much pressure and to complain about the lack of consideration.
4th Right to puns and catchphrases; right to quotations from pockets in German and from poems attributed to Drummond; right to say “this way” and “otherwise”.
Title II – Social and reputational rights
5th Right to profitable friendship with bankers, businesspeople and politicians; right to travel and a friendly ride on the jet and helicopter.
6th Right to friendly sponsorship: right to sponsored travel, sponsored dinner, sponsored rest; right to life in the friendly cabin.
7th Right to free praise and applause from others; right to books of honor, medals and decorations; right to be flattered by lawyers in and out of court.
8th Right to qualified honor; right to subdue criticism, intimidate critics and punish those who have offended him with increased sentences.
Title III – Freedom rights
9th Right to offend colleagues and send public messages protected by the journalistic off.
10th Right not to meet lawyers, not to appear in court and to live in a home office or friend office in the country and abroad.
Title IV – Patrimonial rights
11th Right to a lecture at lobby meetings.
12th Right to undertake, create your own institute, sell courses to public authorities and obtain sponsorship from great economic power; the right to say that the profits are intended for charity and that their ventures are “corporate participation”; right to absolute secrecy of their financial, tax and business operations.
13th Right to retire without quarantine and to capitalize on your influence as a former minister in the legal profession; right to capture customers about who made decisions.
14th Right to housing in Lago Sul.
Title V – Dynastic rights
15th Right to love your family; right to benefit his son, wife and sister who are lawyers; right to nominate or influence the appointment of relatives to important positions.
The fundamental rights of the supremacist center are imprescriptible, but perfectly available and negotiable.
