Minister André Mendonça, from the STF (Supreme Federal Court), will meet with delegates from the PF (Federal Police) this Monday (23) for a meeting on the investigation into the billion-dollar frauds of Banco Master and banker Daniel Vorcaro.
The meeting is at the request of the minister, which is after Dias Toffoli’s departure. The agenda is scheduled to be held in the afternoon.
Investigators from DICOR (Directorate for Investigation and Combating Organized Crime and Corruption), which is responsible for the case at the PF, must participate in the conversation.
According to sources heard by CNN, The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the information already presented by the PF to the STF about the progress of the investigation and outline the next steps in the case, including breaches of confidentiality.
The analyst at CNN Jussara Soares showed how to analyze the evidence seized as part of the Compliance Zero operation and speed up the extraction of cell phone data from targets in the Banco Master case. There are at least 100 devices for analysis.
The measure must be taken after the new rapporteur of the action at the STF determines, on Thursday (19), the return of the seized material to the PF and authorizes the corporation to extract, analyze and index the seized electronics.
As a result, the equipment must be distributed to other experts from the INC (National Institute of Criminalistics) of the PF in Brasília.
