Filipe Delgado, third placed on the program ‘1ª Companhia’, was on the TVI program ‘Dois à 10’ this Tuesday, February 24th, talking to Cristina Ferreira.
At the beginning of the conversation, the singer and hairdresser made a point of admitting his admiration for the presenter, leaving her embarrassed.
“Oh Cristina, let me just say this outright. Cristina, I have great admiration for you and I don’t say this out of lip service, for you and Cláudio. You, for me, are truly an inspiration, you are an inspiring woman, you are a force of nature that gives us a lot of inspiration”he began by saying.
At the end of the interview, Filipe Delgado didn’t want to leave anything unsaid and also revealed that there is a phrase from the presenter that he won’t forget and that, now, is also his life ‘motto’.
“Do you know what I’ve already thought about too? You know I haven’t been able to respond to anyone on Instagram. And I just think like this: ‘imagine Cristina Ferreira, imagine that woman’s Instagram’. (…) And you, there was one time in one of your Talks you said: “I receive a lot of messages and I always send my heart and the heart says everything”. And I never forgot that and I also don’t forget a phrase you said which is: “When you believe, you can do it, and when you succeed, you believe even more.” And that phrase is my phrase now too.”he said.
Given the singer and hairdresser’s affection, the presenter also decided to ‘open her heart’ and express what she feels: “Ah Felipe, you are incredible. Really. I really think that you are a very rare person, there are very few people like you. May life give you everything that was waiting for you, and I think this was waiting for you, in fact. May the shows be full, may the hairdresser be full and may you be able to be that light for the rest of your life. This door is open for you, always, so keep giving us news, we will welcome you”he assured.
Grateful and with a smile on his face, Filipe Delgado stood up and hugged Cristina Ferreira: “Oh Cristina, I love you. And I love TVI, Cristina. You transformed my life”he said. “We were nothing, you are like that, we just gave you the stage at the right time (…). You really were the joy of everyone who saw that ‘1st Company’…”replied the communicator.
