Three minors aged 14 and 15 have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of the 16-year-old, events that occurred this Monday in Valencia, as reported by the National Police.
The minors are also accused of a crime against privacy and revealing secrets, since they recorded and disseminated the images of the sexual assault.
Agents from the Minors Group (GRUME) of the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police of Valencia, which is leading the investigation, arrested the minors last Monday, February 23.
In the alleged attack, which occurred in a shopping center in the capital, there is a fourth person involved, aged 13, but he is not detained because due to his age he cannot be charged.
The next day, Tuesday the 24th, by order of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, the three detainees were brought to justice, according to the same sources.
