The Brazilian Title Protest Studies Institute – Acre Section (IEPTB-AC) is publishing the digital platform that allows you to quickly research the existence of protests linked to individuals or legal entities. The database brings together protest information from different states.
For small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, the tool can act as an extra layer of security before granting credit, signing contracts or establishing new business partnerships.

The consultation is free and can be carried out by any citizen. Simply enter your CPF or CNPJ on the platform to check if there are active registrations. If there is a pending issue, the system also provides guidance on the procedures for regularization.
According to the president of IEPTB-AC, Ricardo Martins, expanding access to information strengthens legal security in commercial relations and reduces the risk of default.
“The dissemination of these tools is part of the Institute’s ongoing work to expand access to information and guarantee greater legal security for the population”, he concluded
