The film premiered in French cinemas last week and had already been shown at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2025, when the credit was given to Maddox Jolie.
Another daughter of the couple, Shiloh, 19, officially removed her father’s surname after experiencing “painful events”. The teenager requested a name change on her 18th birthday.
According to the Daily Mail, Pitt was devastated to learn that his children had removed his surname, and that it would send a clear message that they would not back down.
