Domestic residential construction is stagnating or even in reverse gear, but the prefabricated house market is not affected by this, according to a current market analysis by Interconnection Consulting. Or rather: no more. From 2023 to 2024 there was a significant drop in construction volume by around a third, according to a current market analysis by Interconnection Consulting. The volume collapsed from 1.3 billion to 861 million euros, or from 5,357 to just 3,450 residential units.
