Kelly Bailey and Lourenço Ortigão will become parents for the second time. The announcement was made last Tuesday, February 24th, via social media, and has been the subject of several programs.
As she was not present on the program in which the news was analyzed, Carolina Ortigão was challenged to talk about the good news on the ‘Red Carpet’ program this Thursday (26).
“I must confess that I was dying for this moment to come, to be able to share with you this news that I obviously already knew and couldn’t tell you”Lourenço Ortigão’s mother began saying.
After remembering Kelly Bailey’s first pregnancy – which was announced by the press and not by the baby’s parents – the commentator was happy that, this time, the couple managed to reveal the news in their own time.
“Kelly and Lourenço decided to announce it in this way, I thought it was quite original and beautiful, and they did it two days ago. And, in fact, it was with great joy that we found out, they told us right after Christmas and we were overjoyed, obviously, and that’s it, another baby is coming.” There’s one thing I’m absolutely sure of, and that’s that it’s going to be a beautiful baby.”realized.
As, when it comes to pregnancy, Carolina Ortigão makes her “bet” about the sex of the baby and gets it right, Liliana Campos asked her about her guess regarding her granddaughter or grandson.
“At home, we already had this conversation, I already told them what my opinion was, what I felt. I’m not going to tell you what I think, because I’m right and so I don’t want to spoil it, I don’t know if they want to share it with the public”realized.
During this follow-up, and after highlighting that the doctor was still not “100% sure” regarding the baby’s sex, Carolina Ortigão revealed that she would only like to know on the day of birth.
“I would like, for the first time in my life… I want, until then, if they don’t announce it publicly in this way, I would like this time not to know and I want to write down on paper what I think it will be”he admitted.
At the end, beaming, Carolina Ortigão highlighted: “What would I like? Obviously, that he comes healthy and that he comes beautiful, which I’m sure he will be. (…) that he comes healthy, he’s so welcome, the news is so good, we’re so happy, whatever comes comes healthy”realized.
