Ingredients:
- 500 g artichoke,
- 220 g grated parmesan cheese,
- 2 teaspoons of granulated garlic,
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoons of parsley,
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
How to do it:
Wash the artichokes under running water and clean the stem and outer leaves. Then cut the vegetables in half and cut out their core. In a bowl add artichokes, parmesan, garlic, mayonnaise, parsley and sweet pepper. Mix everything until the vegetables are covered in a mixture of cheese, mayonnaise and spices.
Place the artichokes in an ovenproof dish. Bake them at 175 degrees Celsius for 25-35 minutes. Artichoke casserole serve immediately after preparation with your favorite sauces and lemon for sprinkling.
