Belo e Gracyanne Barbosa face a lawsuit for misappropriation in court. The ex-couple is accused of the disappearance of some appliances from the house they rented in São Paulo, such as a washing machine and microwave, as well as a water filter, a hydromassage motor and a cordless telephone.
The process began in 2020, and the two separated in 2024. The property owner claims a loss, excluding interest and monetary correction, of R$7,289.88. A criminal precatory letter was issued by the 21st Criminal Court of São Paulo to order them to resolve the situation.
The legal advisor of , represented by Dr. Antônio Praia, confirmed to the CNN Brazil the progress of the case, informing that the Public Prosecutor’s Office was asked to formalize a Non-Criminal Prosecution Agreement.
“The hearing was scheduled for the month of April and will be of a purely formal nature, intended only for the ratification of previously agreed terms. The defense has already presented in the file the necessary contacts to send the virtual hearing link, reinforcing the commitment to full compliance with legal determinations. The matter continues to be handled with serenity, responsibility and respect for the institutions”, says the statement.
According to the São Paulo website, the preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.
