The Manaus real estate market ended 2025 with a historic performance, recording a sales volume of R$3 billion in new properties. The result represents a growth of 24.2% compared to 2024, consolidating one of the highest levels of sales in recent years in the capital of Amazonas.
The data, released by the Amazonas Real Estate Market Companies Association (Ademi-AM), reveals that more than 90% of launches in the period were linked to the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program (MCMV).
In this expansion scenario, MRV announced the launch of rresidential Vista das Seringueiraslocated in the Tarumã region, West Zone of the capital. The project will be built on Avenida Magdalena Arce Daou, within Parque Mosaico, a planned neighborhood already consolidated in the city.

Vista das Seringueiras will be located on a plot of approximately 38 thousand square meters. The project includes two bedroom apartments with square footage starting at 38.40 m², in addition to units with balconies that reach 42.15 m².
