Minister’s office says material is linked to other contacts of Master’s founder, not him
The office of minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), denied that the founder of Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, sent messages to the magistrate on the day of his arrest, on November 17, 2025. The note was published this Friday (6.mar.2026)
“Technical analysis carried out on Daniel Vorcaro’s telematic data, made public by the INSS CPMI, found that the single-view messages sent by him on November 17, 2025 do not match the contacts of Minister Alexandre de Moraes in the seized files”, declared the minister. It was not known who carried out this “technical analysis” and how it was conducted.
VORCARO’S CELL PHONE
The breach of the confidentiality of the telematic data of the founder of Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, identified that he maintained the as 3 ministers of the STF; relatives of ministers, such as lawyer Viviane de Moraes; 6 congressmen; in addition to 2 directors from the BC (Central Bank) – the authority that regulates and investigates the Master.
According to the journalist Vorcaro and Moraes exchanged messages during the day he was arrested for the first time by the Federal Police. The businessman reportedly asked if the magistrate had any news, and if he had managed to “block”.
The journalist also states that she confirmed that the cell phone number in screenshots via WhatsApp belonged to the magistrate. Both communicated via single-view screenshots of their devices’ notebooks, she said. Therefore, messages from Vorcaro continued to be present on the cell phone.

“The Communication Secretariat of the Federal Supreme Court, at the request of Minister Alexandre de Moraes’ office, informs:
“Technical analysis carried out on Daniel Vorcaro’s telematic data, made public by the INSS CPMI, found that the single-view messages sent by him on November 17, 2025 do not match the contacts of Minister Alexandre de Moraes in the seized files.
“In the content extracted from the executive’s cell phone by investigators, the prints of these messages sent by Vorcaro are linked to folders belonging to other people in his contact list and do not appear to be directed to Minister Alexandre de Moraes.
“The message and the respective contact are in the same folder on the computer of the person who made the prints (Vorcaro). In other words, it is demonstrated that the messages (prints) are linked to other telephone contacts on Daniel Vorcaro’s computer, never to Minister Alexandre de Moraes.
“The names and contact details of people linked to the respective files will not be mentioned in this note due to the secrecy decreed by Minister André Mendonça, but they are contained in the file that the INSS CPMI made available to the entire press.”
