According to the STF, technical analyzes carried out on the banker’s telematic data do not match the contacts of minister Alexandre de Moraes in the seized files
The Federal Supreme Court (STF) affirmed, this Friday (06), the technical analyzes carried out on Daniel Vorcaro’s telematic data, made public by the CPMI of the INSS, They do not match the contacts of Minister Alexandre de Moraes in the seized files.
The position, issued through the Communications Secretary of the Federal Supreme Court, comes after the publication by Jornal O Globo of a alleged exchange of messages between the minister and the banker on the day the businessman was arrested in November 2025.
“In the content extracted from the executive’s cell phone by investigators, the prints of these messages sent by Vorcaro andare linked to other people’s folders in your contact list and are not listed as directed to Minister Alexandre de Moraes”, says the note, adding that “the message and the respective contact are in the same folder on the computer as the person who took the prints (Vorcaro)“.
With the analyzes carried out, according to the minister’s note, it is “demonstrated that the messages (prints) are linked to other telephone contacts on Daniel Vorcaro’s computer, never to Minister Alexandre de Moraes”.
In compliance with the secrecy decreed by André Mendonça, Moraes’ note does not mention the names and contacts of the people linked to the respective files
Alleged exchange of messages
On November 17, 2025, hours before Daniel Vorcaro was arrested for the first time, the banker and minister Alexandre de Moraes would have exchanged messages on WhatsApp.
According to the information, at 5:22 pm, Vorcaro would have sent to Moraes: “Did you manage to block it?”.
The conversation, however, would have started in the morning, at 7:19 am, when Vorcaro wrote to Moraes via WhatsApp. “I think the topic we’re talking about has started to leak out, obviously without any details. But the BRB group told me that there is a movement to discredit the case. And that the same journalist from before was asking questions there”, the banker reportedly wrote. However, the content does not appear directly on the application screen because the message link leads to the notepad on the banker’s cell phone.
The exchange of messages lasted until the evening, but all of Moraes’ responses were sent in a single view format, which does not allow them to be recorded.
Vorcaro Prison
Daniel Vorcaro, the owner of Banco Master, was arrested again last Wednesday (4), in São Paulo, during the third phase of Operation Compliance Zero, an investigation that investigates an alleged billion-dollar financial fraud scheme. He had been arrested for the first time in November 2025 during the initial phase of the same operation, but was under house arrest.
This week, confirmed by the Jovem Pan report, the banker was taken, after arrest, to the Federal Police Superintendence in São Paulo. Vorcaro’s brother-in-law, Fabiano Zettel, was also the subject of an arrest warrant. He surrendered to the PF on Wednesday morning.
This Friday (6) the banker was transferred to the Brasília Federal Penitentiary following a request from the Federal Police (PF) to Minister André Mendonça. According to the PF, the request was due to the physical integrity of the person being investigated, as the law guarantees the decision and also due to Vorcaro’s great “articulation and influence” over actors from public authorities and the private sector, with the capacity to interfere directly or indirectly in the conduct of investigations.
