The classic Caesar salad includes bacon and eggs. In our version Tsar salad next to the crispy romaine lettuce you will find tomatoes, a large portion of parmesan and delicious grilled chicken. Well-seasoned and tasty, it adds a creamy texture mayonnaise-based sauce. This salad tastes best when the chicken is still slightly warm. If you want, you can also add croutons with garlic to make the salad even closer to the classic version.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- romaine lettuce,
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese,
- 2 tomatoes.
Ingredients to prepare chicken:
- 500 g chicken fillets,
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar,
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
- salt and pepper.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 80g majonezu,
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard,
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce,
- 3 tablespoons of milk,
- salt and pepper.

Heat a pan (you can use a grill pan) and fry the chicken over medium heat until it is brown on both sides and completely fried inside. Set aside for a few minutes and then cut into strips.
Tear the romaine lettuce into larger pieces, rinse and dry thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, pressed garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add milk and mix thoroughly until a creamy dressing is created. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the lettuce in a large bowl, add some of the sauce and mix gently. Place chicken pieces and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle everything with additional parmesan.
