President of Palmeiras stated that the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Flávio Dino annulled the en bloc approval of a set of 87 requests, among which was her invitation
The three testimonies that were scheduled for this Monday’s session (9) of the INSS CPMI were cancelled, after two guests and one summoned refused to attend the collegiate. The president of Palmeiras and Crefisa, Leila Pereirastated that the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Flávio Dino annulled the en bloc approval of a set of 87 requests, among which was her invitation.
“It is understood that, due to this new fact, the summons of the Petitioner (Leila Pereira) does not currently meet the indispensable validity conditions to impose the duty to appear”, says the text sent to the collegiate.
O President of Dataprev, Rodrigo Ortiz D’Avila, claimed medical commitments and an international trip. The CEO of C6 Bank, Artur Ildefonso Azevedo, had been summoned, but sent a statement to the commission informing him of his absence.
In this final stretch of work, CPMI has turned its actions against banks that have signed agreements with the INSS to collect payroll loans from retirees and pensioners. The collegiate investigates the occurrence of operations without the consent of the autarchy’s beneficiaries.
