The volume of water is impressive and turns the street into a kind of improvised river. The strength of the current makes residents cross with caution to avoid falling or being swept away.
While some try to pass through the place, other residents appear to observe the situation, worried about the water level and the risks caused by the flood.
The Baixada da Sobral region is known for recording flooding during periods of intense rain, which tends to cause inconvenience for those who live or need to travel through the neighborhood’s streets.
