Representative Emanuel Pinheiro Neto (MDB-MT) launches this Thursday (12) in Cuiabá the book “Desconstruindo o Atraso Brasileiro”.
In the work, the parliamentarian discusses the country’s structural problems in growing and developing.
The author says that “Brazil’s backwardness is neither chance nor cultural destiny. It is the result of political choices, made by elites who have learned to manipulate public opinion, institutions and even symbols of patriotism.” Neto should run for a new term as federal deputy in October.
The event will take place from 6:30 pm at the Leitura bookstore in Shopping Estação Cuiabá, with the presence of the author.
