Washington – The USA is initially allowed to deport migrants again to third countries from which those affected do not come. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit on Monday lifted a lower court’s block on the practice. US Attorney General Pam Bondi spoke of a “decisive victory” for President Donald Trump’s migration policy.
