The Iranian Foreign Minister speaks with his Saudi and Turkish counterparts after the exchange of attacks with the US
The Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqchí, held telephone conversations this Wednesday with his Saudi and Turkish counterparts after the new exchange of attacks with the United States in the Persian Gulf.
In conversations with the Saudi foreign ministers, Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, and the Turkish foreign ministers, Hakan Fidan, Araqchí has defended the “inherent right of self-defense to provide a reciprocal response” to US attacks, the Iranian Government reports.
The head of Iranian diplomacy has also condemned the US bombings against several points in the south of the Persian country, which the United States carried out in retaliation for the alleged downing of a helicopter in the Strait of Hormuz. (Efe)
