StartUP Portimão promotes, on June 19th, between 9am and 1pm, at Casa Manuel Teixeira Gomes, the Future Business Summit – The Future of Companies and Leadership, an initiative dedicated to the challenges of business transformation.
The meeting will bring together entrepreneurs from the StartUP Portimão community and the Portimão Cowork Space, who will share experiences, solutions and perspectives on topics such as digital acceleration, leadership, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, communication and innovation.
According to the Municipality of Portimão, the initiative aims to bring together entrepreneurs, businesspeople, managers and professionals from different areas, creating a space for reflection, learning and sharing.
Promoted by the Municipality’s business incubator, the Future Business Summit seeks to bring together the knowledge and capacity for innovation existing in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem of companies and organizations in the region.
Digitalization and artificial intelligence under debate
According to the municipality, the event aims to go beyond a conference on trends, becoming an opportunity to strengthen the connection between the business fabric and the entrepreneurial community, promoting the transfer of knowledge, innovation and business competitiveness.
Throughout the morning, the meeting will promote two central panels. The first, dedicated to Digital Acceleration in Companies, will have contributions from Nádia Veloso, from 3HR Solutions, Carla Martins, from BLiSS Image & Life Consulting, and Raquel Melo, from Inboundware.
This panel will address experiences and perspectives on leadership and high performance, communication with purpose, valuing talent and building differentiating brands in an increasingly demanding and digital business context.
The second panel, entitled The Human Factor in the Era of Artificial Intelligence, will bring together Luís Silva, from Tecnologias Imaginadas, João Amado and Sara Cartucho, from JFA Training, and Tiago Fernandes, from Thinkerdots.
The session will address topics such as digital literacy, cybersecurity, practical use of artificial intelligence in companies and its impact on innovation processes, decision-making and development of products and services.
Workshops bring companies and entrepreneurs together
The practical component of the Future Business Summit will be ensured through thematic workshops organized by entrepreneurs from the StartUP Portimão and Portimão Cowork Space community.
The sessions will allow participants to deepen their knowledge and experiment with methodologies and tools applicable to the professional context, in areas such as people management, image and communication strategy, building differentiating brands, artificial intelligence in a business context and cybersecurity.
According to the organization, the workshops aim to provide moments of “learning, experimentation and direct contact with those who daily develop innovative solutions and projects in the market”.
By bringing together entrepreneurs, businesspeople, managers and professionals from different sectors, the Future Business Summit reinforces StartUP Portimão’s mission as a platform to boost entrepreneurship, innovation and knowledge transfer.
The city hall highlights that the initiative promotes “the creation of collaboration networks” and contributes to strengthening the business ecosystem in the municipality and the region.
