President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) scheduled the sanction of the anti-factions bill for this Thursday (19), at the Palácio do Planalto, with the publication of decrees to combat . There is still no final decision on possible vetoes.
One of them will focus on regulating measures for the financial suffocation of criminal organizations and the so-called “loss” of assets.
The government also intends to send the message that it is important to intensify international cooperation against organized crime, including with the USA.
