Thaimiris Pereira was last seen on March 12; 14-year-old girl was allegedly killed in revenge by the ‘crime court’
The Military Police of Salvador found this Thursday (19) a body that could be that of Thaimiris Pereira, a 14-year-old teenager who disappeared in Lauro Freitas, in Salvador, on March 12 after leaving school. To the local portal Bahia Newsdelegate Moisés Damasceno, said that the girl would have been killed out of revenge after being attributed to a complaint that led to the arrest of the drug dealer in the Jardim das Margaridas region.
“The police investigation indicates that there was an arrest on February 20 of one of the leaders of drug trafficking,” said Damasceno, adding that the individual was arrested for domestic violence and the man had “attributed Thamiris to calling the police to arrest him.”
This Thursday, a man, identified as Rodrigo Faria Sena dos Santos, aged 37, who was neighbor of the victim, was arrested in Itinga. He is suspected of involvement in the teenager’s death, being the responsible for attracting Thaimiris to the place where the crime allegedly took place.
The police arrived at the body found this Thursday, after a person smelled a bad smell and saw a body, calling the authorities shortly afterwards.
