Rafael Nogueira, advisor to the 2024 municipal campaign, was denounced for having publicized associating the minister (General Secretariat), who also ran in that election, with the consumption of illicit drugs.
Prosecutor Karyna Mori denounced Nogueira for hurting him, this Wednesday (18). The crime involves imprisonment for up to one year and payment of a fine.
According to her, Marçal’s advisor released videos with untrue facts, six times, on his Instagram profile.
“The accused was fully aware of the untruthfulness of the imputations he was replicating, because he was aware of the existence of several court orders ordering the overturning of Pablo Marçal’s original statements, not only due to wide media coverage, but due to the warning from the favored candidate himself”, wrote Mori. The investigation is being carried out in secret from the courts.
