Szekesfehervar – The KAC missed a preliminary decision in the quarterfinals of the ICE ice hockey league. The Carinthians suffered a 2:3 (1:0,0:1,1:1/0:1) defeat after extra time against Fehervar on Saturday, which meant the Hungarians made it 2:2 in the “best of seven” series. The next meeting will take place next Monday (7:15 p.m.) in Klagenfurt. All four previous duels went to the respective home team.
