A motorcyclist identified as Lucas Cruz Cordeiro, aged 30, died in the early hours of the morning after suffering a serious traffic accident in the city of , in the interior of Acre.
The case happened around 6:46 am, on Avenida Rui Lino, in the Raimundo Chaar neighborhood, in an area close to a gas station and the bridge that connects the region. According to information from the Military Police, the team was called via COPOM to respond to an incident involving a vehicle.

When the police arrived at the scene, they found Lucas lying next to the motorcycle, bleeding heavily and no longer having vital signs. The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was called, but the medical team was only able to confirm the death at the scene.
Security camera footage recorded the moment of the accident. According to the initial analysis, the motorcyclist was heading towards the bridge when, after passing through a speed bump, he lost control of the steering wheel and ended up colliding violently against the wall of a residence.
The area was isolated by the Military Police, who tried to call technical expertise. However, as informed by the corporation, there were no experts available in the border region at that time. As a result, the Legal Medical Institute (IML) was called to remove the body.
The motorcycle was collected and taken to the Detran yard with the help of a tow truck.
The case was initially registered as a traffic accident with a fatal victim and should be investigated to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
