The Inspection Service Office (ÚIS) is conducting a criminal prosecution for the offense of bodily harm in connection with the Sunday (March 22) traffic accident in Trnava between a passenger car and a police motor vehicle. This was confirmed to TASR by the Trnava regional police and the police inspectorate.
“The Trnava police can confirm that early yesterday evening there was a traffic accident between a passenger car and an official road motor vehicle in the city of Trnava,” said Zlatica Antalová from the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Trnava for TASR.
ÚIS spokeswoman Andrea Dobiášová specified that in the case in question the investigator initiated a criminal prosecution for the crime of bodily harm. “Procedural actions are currently being carried out in accordance with the Criminal Code. Due to the ongoing criminal proceedings, or the initial stage of the preliminary proceedings, it is not possible to provide further information,” she added.
