The Rehabilitation and Vocational Training Center of the Irene Rolo Foundation promotes, next Saturday, March 28th, the Easter Flavors Fair, at the Tavira Municipal Market.
The initiative takes place between 9:00 and 13:00 and aims to bring the community closer to the work carried out by the institution’s graduates.
According to the Irene Rolo Foundation, the event aims to “provide graduates of the Pastry Maker/Baker and Cook courses with an opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the course”.
The initiative also allows “to give them the opportunity to interact with the public”, reinforcing the practical component of the training.
Products made by trainees
During the fair, the community will have the opportunity to taste and purchase various products prepared by the trainees.
According to the organization, the objective is also to offer “the local community the possibility of trying and purchasing the products made by the trainees”.
The invites the population to be present at the initiative, highlighting the importance of community participation.
“We invite the entire community to participate in this event and taste the delicious sweets made with care and dedication by these young people”, says the institution.
