US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday (25) that he may call in the National Guard to help officials from the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, known as ICE, with security control at airports in the country.
The Trump administration has begun deploying ICE at airports to support Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers, who have been working without pay for the past 40 days amid a partial government shutdown, resulting in long security lines.

They broke the already signed bill because they want to take care of criminals who enter our country illegally, instead of American citizens,” Trump added in a post on the Truth network.
