During the inauguration of wards in a hospital in SP, the chief executive also criticized the governor of São Paulo and the state’s secretary of health for not attending the event
The president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) said this Wednesday (25) that, “if I have a minute to live”, will dedicate himself to “not letting fascists rule the country”. The PT member made a statement during an event to inaugurate new areas at the São Carlos University Hospital, in the interior of São Paulo.
“Heaven is very good, but it is for others. I want to stay here on Earth, because a part of hell is here on Earth”, he declared.
At the time, Lula also needled the governor of São PauloTarcísio de Freitas (Republicans). In a speech, the president asked why the head of the São Paulo Executive and the Secretary of Health, Eleuses Paiva, did not attend the inauguration.
“Couldn’t it be just for the sake of kindness? Respect? The Secretary of Health has to be concerned about the health of the state. Why isn’t he?”, he asked.
Afterwards, Lula stated that “These people live a long time lying”. The president said he was “very easy to advertise falsely” through social networks. “I don’t do anything, but I take my cell phone, put it in front of me, tell a lie and seal it,” he added.
