Jerusalem – The Israeli parliament is expected to make a final decision on Monday on a controversial bill to introduce the death penalty for terrorists. An exact time of the vote was initially not known. The move by the Otzma Yehudit party of the right-wing extremist Police Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir is considered highly controversial. Critics see it as racist because it de facto only affects Palestinians.
