a Portuguese company specialized in gastronomic experiences at height, is preparing to bring the “Chefs Sky Sessions” to the Algarve, a concept that combines signature cuisine with panoramic views. The well-known Algarve chef Noélia Jerónimo participates in this innovative gastronomic experience that passes through the Algarve.
The initiative is part of a national tour that passes through Algarve, Lisbon, Porto and Aveiro, where it will be starred by renowned chefs.
Gastronomy 50 meters high
The experience takes place on a platform suspended by a crane, which raises a table up to 50 meters high.

Each session welcomes 22 participants, providing an exclusive and intimate environment, with a limited total number of participants per event.
Renowned chefs arrive in the Algarve
In the Algarve, the experience will feature the participation of Noélia Jerónimo, chef of a restaurant in Cabanas de Tavira and a well-known figure among television audiences.
The chef will be responsible for leading one of the sessions, in a city in the Algarve, yet to be defined.
During the event, the guest chef prepares a live tasting menu made up of several moments, paired with selected wines.
The experience is complemented with rotating seats, allowing a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
Exclusive and sensorial experience
According to Francisco C. Mendonça, founder and CEO of Sky Lounge, “We want to mark a pioneering experience, which combines gastronomy and spectacle with a privileged view of some of the most emblematic cities in the country. More than a meal, it is a complete sensorial experience, which will be available in Portugal only in these limited editions.”

In addition to sessions open to the public, the concept will also be available for business events and marketing actions.
