Users of the Pix payment system reported this Monday (30) operational instability for the execution of transfers through the platform. The majority of challenges were made by Banco do Brasil customers.
The website Downdetector, a platform that monitors failures in digital systems, reported a spike in complaints, mainly from Banco do Brasil, at around 12:30 pm.
When contacted, Banco do Brasil informed that the failure in transfers via Pix actually happened, but that at the moment “Pix Payment has been normalized and the service is now available to its customers”.
The report sought out the Central Bank for more information but has not yet received a response.
