The event, whose theme is “The Country begins in the municipality”, is seen as an opportunity for candidates to dialogue with mayors and present their proposals.
Organized by the São Paulo Association of Municipalities, the congress is in its 68th edition and is expected to bring together more than 12 thousand people in the Anhembi District, in the capital of São Paulo.
