The minister of the (Supreme Federal Court) flew on July 4, 2025 in a plane from, a company whose partner was, owner of Banco Master, indicate documents from Anac (National Civil Aviation Agency) and Decea (Airspace Control Department) obtained by Sheet.
Toffoli entered the executive terminal at Brasília airport at 10 am on that date, according to information from Anac. A Prime Aviation plane with the prefix PR-SAD took off at 10:10 am for Marília (SP), the minister’s hometown, according to data from Decea.
That same day, from São Paulo they had been moved to Ribeirão Claro (PR), the municipality where Toffoli is located, which is frequented by Toffoli and is 150 kilometers from Marília. This shift took place, according to the court, at the request of the STF to respond to an authority.

Anac documents show ten Toffoli entry records in 2025 at the executive terminal at Brasília airport, which mainly receives private aircraft.
Cross-referencing with Decea data makes it possible to identify the plane that would have been used by the minister on six occasions, since there are no other takeoffs and landings at similar times. In five of these cases, the plane belonged to businessmen.
The report contacted Toffoli this Wednesday (1st) but there was no response.
Daniel Vorcaro’s defense declined to comment.
Prime Aviation is a luxury goods sharing company maintained through the Patrimonial Blue investment fund. Until last September, Vorcaro was one of his direct partners. The house occupied by Vorcaro in Brasília belongs to the same business group.
Prime informed that “for reasons of contract confidentiality, and in compliance with the General Data Protection Law, it does not disclose data about the users of the aircraft in its portfolio, whether they are shareholders and their guests or air taxi service charter customers.”
Two entries from Toffoli into the Brasília executive terminal took place at times close to the takeoff of a plane whose prefix is PS-RBR. The company has among its partners the current owner of Tayayá, Paulo Humberto Barbosa.
The first flight left at 10:25 am on June 17th from Brasília to Ourinhos (SP), the closest airport to Tayayá. Toffoli arrived at the terminal at 10 am, according to Anac records. The daily rates paid to security guards at the TRT in São Paulo show that there was a STF minister in the region on that date.
The second flight of this aircraft took off at 7:44 pm on October 1st to Congonhas airport, in São Paulo. The minister arrived at the executive terminal at Brasília airport at 7:20 pm.
Paulo Humberto was contacted by text message on Wednesday afternoon and did not respond.
Anac and Decea records also indicate that Toffoli took a plane belonging to businessman Luiz Pastore on April 10, 2025. The minister entered the terminal at 7 pm, and the plane with registration number PT-STU, which belongs to Ibrame, Pastore’s company, took off at 7:13 pm for Congonhas airport, in São Paulo.
Toffoli and Pastore are friends. It was on the businessman’s plane that the minister traveled last November to watch the Copa Libertadores final in Lima, Peru. On that flight, there was also lawyer Augusto de Arruda Botelho, who defends one of Master’s executives.
The report attempted to contact Pastore through his company, Ibrame, and via text message with his son.
Toffoli is not the only STF minister to use private jets. The crossing of data carried out by Sheet indicated that Moraes also flew on executive jets from Vorcaro companies.
The survey revealed that Moraes and his wife, Viviane Barci de Moraes, Master’s lawyer, were registered by Anac as passengers in the Brasília executive jet hangar seven times at times close to flights on Prime planes. On other occasions, a plane belonging to Zettel took off shortly after the couple arrived at the terminal.
