It is one of the most closely watched trials in Austria at the moment: former secret service employee Egisto Ott is accused of abuse of office and espionage for Russia. The case is particularly explosive because Ott is also said to have spied for ex-Wirecard manager Jan Marsalek, who went into hiding in Russia.
