The Artemis II crew is expected to fly over the moon on Monday (6), marking the return of manned flights around the satellite after more than 50 years
The astronauts aboard the Orion spacecraft are already “Halfway” noise to Luaannounced the United States Aerospace Agency (NASA) late this Friday night (3).

“When the astronauts arrive, they will perform a lunar flyby and collect scientific observations of the Moon’s surface,” he detailed. The agency’s forecast is that the flyover will take place next Monday, the 6th.
Commander Reid Wiseman, pilot Victor Glover and mission specialists Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen took off towards Earth’s natural satellite last Wednesday (1st). Artemis II is NASA’s first manned mission to the star in more than 50 years.
